Today, as CEO & MD, he is responsible for business strategies, land acquisition and project planning. He has evolved into a seasoned entrepreneur and is considered as one of the pioneers of contemporary elevation ideas and introducing quality construction across Mumbai at economical rates. Today he helms 3 key departments viz. Architecture, Legal, and Corporate Planning.

Equipped with a vast experience in diverse commercial activities of a family business, he steers the marketing and finance wing of Sheth. He shoulders the responsibility of charting out ace marketing strategies and adroitly handling corporate finance.
